Parents and students,
I hope everyone had a great holiday break, but its back to business as usual starting January 4, 2010. Please remember to check the website for any updates and/or changes that may happen in the Spring Semester. Your students will be given two copies of the calendars on the first day we return to school. This way they can keep a copy in their band binder and you can have one for the fridge at home.
I am very excited about the upcoming band events for the Spring Semester. We are scheduled to participate in the Eve Parade, Honor Bands, Band Festival, Spring Concert, and Band Awards Night! Then after all of those events pass its time to prep for the 2010 Football season and half time show.
As always we will need volunteers to help plan and work at all of these events and help fit the students in uniforms for the parades. If you have any sewing experience or free time to help put the students in their uniforms that would be greatly appreciated.
